Guess who's still here?!?!

That's right! 

Mama d!

I have been having trouble the last couple of weeks with a kidney stone, and it flared up the morning she was supposed to go home. 

Being the amazing mama she is, she dropped everything, put her life on hold and stayed to take care of me! 

Isn't she the best?!?

After many trips to my doctor, a CT scan, a trip to the ER and lots of pain, I finally saw the urologist today. 

They ordered another x-ray and that dang stone hasn't budged. So surgery is scheduled for Monday. I am so ready to get this thing over with. 

In the mean time we get more fun with mama d! 

Mia's Fairytale performance!

There is a lot of fun and games in kindie.

Today was the Fairytale Night Performance.

Mia did great!

At first I thought it was dead. 

But then my mom nudged it with a broom. 

Gah!

Mom and I had a lot of laughs and squeals trying to figure out how to get rid of it! 

We decided to capture it and show the kids. 

I was going to release it in the wash by the park but my neighbor insisted on killing it!

The exterminator came the next day! 

Let's hope we don't see another one!

She came at just the right time. 

Caleb got sick the day she got here and I had to work, so it was mama d to the rescue! 

The kids are eating her up!

My babies are outside having a snack picnic. 

The giggles, laughter and squeals of delight make my heart smile!

Mia went back to school yesterday :-(
Marshall and I miss her bad.
He is bored without his playmate at home.
So I dug back in to my memory of what I used to do with Mia at this age.
I introduced him to the fun of watercolor painting yesterday
and today we went "exploring".
Both things Mia and I used to enjoy.
As we were having fun I had such pictures in my mind of past times with Mia.
I snapped a couple pictures of Marshall and as I looked at them I remembered taking the exact picture of Mia.
I went through old pics and look what I found!

Organ Stop Pizza

We went here for dinner the other night!

What a great, fun, family place!!

It was just so cool! 

The organ is the largest Wurlitzer in the world! 

It truly is a sight and sound to behold! 

The kids were so entertained and entranced! 

Marshall just clapped and clapped!!

Mia clapped and cheered, sang and danced! 

It was one of the best family dinners ever!

Can't wait to go again!
