A dream come true!

This year we learned from a friend that this is the one night that the kids can touch Jolly and give him a hug! Touching the Elf is forbidden because it would cause him to lose his magic. But since tonight Santa is coming the kids were able to give him a big hug and Santa will take him back to the North Pole safely.

Mia was sooooo ready to finally give Jolly some love.

 I think she even got a little teary eyed with joy.

 Marshall was pretty excited too.

 Then it was cookies and milk for Santa time!

Now off to bed to rest for the big day,

Since it is Christmas Eve eve I figured I would share all of Jolly's follies~

He was a pretty good Elf this year. He didn't get into too much trouble.

Which I appreciate.

Isn't the whole point of the Scout Elves to watch the kids and make sure they are being good?

Be The Good

Mia had her Winter Showcase for her dance class today.

She got on that stage and danced her little heart out!

I love watching her up there. My how she shines.

Mia's Christmas Party!

This is such a fun time of year! Parties galore!

I volunteered to do face painting!

I had to practice on Mia before school.

 All the kids loved getting their face painted.

Even the boys!

I didn't think they would want it, but they did.

A few had me do their hands.

I love spending time in Mia's classroom. 

Ms. Hardt is an awesome teacher too!

Marshall upgraded to a full size bed today!

Marshall had his first school christmas show!
He was a little anxious to go up on stage, but once he was there he shined!
He sang all the songs and did all the hand movements too!

Look Who's back!!

Jolly our Elf is back! 

He even cleaned the fish bowl and decorated it for Christmas!
