A happy heart!

My babies are outside having a snack picnic. 

The giggles, laughter and squeals of delight make my heart smile! 

Twins?!?!?

Mia went back to school yesterday :-(
Marshall and I miss her bad.
He is bored without his playmate at home.
So I dug back in to my memory of what I used to do with Mia at this age.
I introduced him to the fun of watercolor painting yesterday
and today we went "exploring".
Both things Mia and I used to enjoy.
As we were having fun I had such pictures in my mind of past times with Mia.
I snapped a couple pictures of Marshall and as I looked at them I remembered taking the exact picture of Mia.
I went through old pics and look what I found!

Organ Stop Pizza

We went here for dinner the other night!

What a great, fun, family place!!

It was just so cool! 

The organ is the largest Wurlitzer in the world! 

It truly is a sight and sound to behold! 

The kids were so entertained and entranced! 

Marshall just clapped and clapped!!

Mia clapped and cheered, sang and danced! 

It was one of the best family dinners ever!

Can't wait to go again! 

All clean!!!

I just finished a 21 day cleanse!!!

It was rough in the beginning, almost gave up on day 5. 

But I stuck with it and am so glad I did! 

I lost 6 pounds, my skin is glowing and I feel great! 

I started each day with a smoothie full of fruit and veggies! 

To my surprise Marshall loved them! 

So I would pour one for him and one for me!

Pretty great way to get good food in to him!

Unfortunately Mia does not share our fondness for the smoothie :-/

It was a lot of work for me to make my own meals 3 times a day and cook for the family too. 

But my food was so yummy and good for me. I had the family try some of all of it and they weren't as excited as me. 

I will keep working on them though!

So glad I did this and hope to continue with most of it! 

Spring Fling!!

Since Mia is on spring break we decided to head north for some fun!

First we went to...

A fun, drive through wild life park! 

 This bear sleeps just like Marshall!

(He always has his legs up on the side of his crib!)

After the drive is over, there is a nice walk through area too!

(They made sure this guy didn't get pinched!)

We spent the night in Williams, AZ.

The kids got to swim in the indoor pool!

(it was freezing, but kids don't care much!)

We had dinner, then the littles went to bed.

They slept in the same bed- Marshall's first time in a real bed!

They did great!

The next day it was on to the...

Caleb and I have lived in Arizona for 20 years and this was our first time!

So happy to share it with our babies!

I couldn't believe all the different colors.

What an incredible, majestic, awe-some place!

We had a wonderful time, just the 4 of us.
